HumQadam is meaningful to me because it combines communication work with a concrete social mission. I contribute to scripts and social media content that foreground the experiences of persons with disabilities in job-seeking contexts.
The work requires sensitivity, consistency, and clear framing. Good advocacy communication avoids tokenism and focuses on dignity, capability, and opportunity design.
This project continues to shape how I think about labour markets, inclusion, and responsible public storytelling.
