Through this role, I learned how to balance organizational logistics with educational intent. Events are most useful when they create confidence, not just participation.
I helped structure sessions that lowered the barrier to entry for students who were curious about entrepreneurship but unsure where to begin. The goal was to make business thinking practical and approachable.
